Responsibilities:
Strategic Project Planning: Collaborate across the business, particularly the Product &
Engineering teams, to inform the roadmap planning process, ensuring strategic alignment
with the company's overall goals.
Project Delivery Excellence: Ensure meticulous execution and delivery of projects on time, in full, and within budget, maintaining stringent control over project timelines, cost
management, and scope to achieve excellent project completion records.
PMO Practice Adoption: Facilitate and drive the adoption of PMO best practices within
project teams, providing consultative guidance to enhance project delivery frameworks.
Resource Coordination: Coordinate with the delivery teams for resource allocation, ensuring project needs are met and budget goals are managed.
Risk and Change Oversight: Manage the risk and change aspects of projects, consulting with teams to align on the mitigation strategies and change management processes.
Post-Implementation Review: Lead post-implementation project reviews to capture lessons learned and consult with teams to inform continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Stakeholder Communication: Effectively manage project-related
stakeholder communication, ensuring transparency and efficient information flow.
Qualifications & Experience:
Project management within an engineering, software and manufacturing environment.
Managing cross-functional project teams of 30+ people.
Track record of successful on-time, on-cost and to-quality project delivery.
