We’re on a mission to provide equitable access to economic opportunity, for everyone.
We close critical skill gaps in the workforce through a new kind of apprenticeship that combines work and learning. We begin by recognizing high-potential individuals both inside and outside of a company's current workforce and then we create applied, guided and equitable learning programs, with measurable impact. Because we believe the world needs a better way to match its potential.
We work with over 1,500 leading companies including the likes of Microsoft, Citi and Just Eat to help solve their business-critical problems, and we’ve trained over 16,000 professional apprentices in the tech and data skills of the future. This is made possible by our global team who are driven to achieve a mission that matters, together.

The Opportunity
At Multiverse, we’re committed to creating equitable access to economic opportunity for all. Through innovative apprenticeship programs, we bridge critical skill gaps, empowering individuals to grow through hands-on, guided learning. Our AI for Business Value (AIBV) program is designed to equip learners with AI and data skills that drive meaningful business outcomes.
What You'll Do:
Use targeted 1:1 sessions to guide apprentices working on applied AI projects. Helping them to navigate challenges, refine their analytical skills, and translate theoretical knowledge into practical solutions that drive tangible business value.
As a tutor you will work with a variety of apprentices from our growing pool of 800+ learners within the AI for Business Value (AIBV) program, assisting them with one-off queries or preparing tailored academic remediation plans, enabling you to hone your skill in tailoring support to individual learner needs.
From building AI-driven customer experiences to developing machine learning models for supply chain optimisation, you will have the opportunity to directly impact the success of apprentices working with clients from a broad range of industries, academic institutions, charities, local councils, and the NHS.
Plan and facilitate engaging large-scale learning events (100+ attendees), fostering a vibrant community where apprentices can collaborate, share insights, and build their professional networks.
Uphold and elevate the Multiverse Standard for tutoring excellence, ensuring apprentices receive exceptional guidance and support throughout their learning journey.
Utilise your AI and data skills to analyse apprentice progress, identify learning gaps, and develop innovative strategies, assisting the team with enhancing the tutoring and resubmission experience, improving apprentice retention and learning outcomes.
Mentor contracted tutors, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality instruction and alignment with program goals.
Track and report metrics on the effectiveness of tutoring sessions, utilising data to inform and improve future sessions. Explore and implement new ways to leverage AI to personalise learning, automate tasks, and maximise impact.
Utilise dedicated time for your continuous professional development (CPD), ensuring you remain up-to-date with curriculum changes, the evolving AI landscape, and explore the opportunity to expand your expertise across other programs.
