We are seeking a dynamic Partner Programme Manager to lead the Kraken BPO Accreditation Programme. This programme intends to elevate our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partnerships and their service to Kraken clients, ensuring seamless alignment with Kraken’s recommended operating model and exceptional end customer service.

What you'll be doing- Design and lead the implementation of the Kraken BPO Accreditation Programme, creating structured frameworks for partner profiling, qualification, onboarding, enablement, and continuous assessment.
- Monitor and assess partner quality and success, ensuring alignment with Kraken’s standards.
- Drive the adoption of Kraken’s recommended ways of working among BPO partners, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
- Organise training sessions, workshops, and shared learning initiatives to enhance partner capabilities.
- Develop and manage digital platforms, governance frameworks, and third-party vendor resources to empower BPO partners.
- Support BPO partners in securing business with new Kraken clients, contributing to global business growth.
- Oversee the accreditation programme across Asia, Africa, and Europe, reinforcing Kraken’s international expansion strategy.
What we're looking for - Extensive experience in managing BPO or Managed Services partner programmes, including program design, implementation, and monitoring.
- Strong background in accreditation programmes, ensuring partners meet and maintain high standards.
- Proficiency in technology enablement, learning & development, and structured knowledge sharing.
- Experience scaling across multiple continents, particularly Asia, Africa, and Europe.
- Strong project management and problem-solving capabilities.
- Highly structured, methodical, and organised, with a passion for consistency and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an emphasis on cultural alignment and autonomy.
- Familiarity with workforce management and digital platforms.
