At Oura, our mission is to empower every person to own their inner potential. With our award-winning Oura Ring and app, we help over 2.5 million people turn insights about sleep, activity, and readiness into healthier, more balanced lives. We believe that starts from within — by creating a culture where our team feels supported, included, and inspired to do their best work. Our values guide how we show up for each other and our community every day.
We have offices in San Francisco and San Diego for those who prefer hybrid or office settings. Oura employees in other major cities (like Boston and New York) occasionally gather informally at local co-working locations.
We're looking for a Senior Manager, Digital Workplace Operations to lead the charge in creating an exceptional employee experience at Oura. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee our SaaSOps lifecycle, productivity platforms, and automation strategy, ensuring our digital workplace collaboration tools are secure, scalable, and optimized. This leadership position is crucial for enabling a seamless and effective employee technology experience, ultimately empowering our team members to do their best work through strategic vendor partnerships and continuous operational excellence.
What you will do:
- Own the full lifecycle of internal SaaS platforms: intake with onboarding, rationalization, and deprecation.
- Define governance workflows for new tool requests and cross-functional evaluation.
- Lead platform reviews focused on usage, automation, compliance, and access alignment.
- Manage, mentor and grow a team through coaching and performance development.
- Collaborate with IT, Finance, HR, Legal & Security to support IAM practices including provisioning automation and access reviews.
- Oversee automation governance across Workato, ITSM workflows, and platform integrations.
- Ownership of the Application Portfolio Management (APM) process and operational data stewardship, in collaboration with Enterprise Architecture.
- Contribute to the ITSM transition from ServiceNow to a modern ITSM platform.
- Manage IT vendor relationships, contract renewals, and performance across collaboration tools.
- Track and report on KPIs such as automation coverage, provisioning time, access compliance, and license reclaim rates.
This is a remote US role, with a preference for candidates based in the New York Tri-State area.
We would love to have you on our team if you have:
- 6+ years in SaaS operations, platform, or IT product management roles.
- 2+ years leading people or cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in SaaS lifecycle, tool intake, vendor governance, and IAM best practices.
- Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Miro, Jira, Confluence, and ITSM platforms.
- Familiarity with automation tools like Workato and audit-ready environments (SOC 2, HIPAA, etc.).
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentorship capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
- Strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Analytical and data-driven decision-making.
- Comfort navigating change in a fast-scaling environment.
