The Role
Are you passionate about streamlining legal and sales processes through modern, scalable technology? We’re looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our IT Go-To-Market (GTM) Technology team, where you’ll play a key role in transforming how ŌURA manages contracts across the business.
This is a high-impact, senior individual contributor role focused on advancing our use of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) (Ironclad) and eSignature systems (DocuSign) that support ŌURA’s contracting needs throughout the business.
You’ll be the go-to expert driving the discovery, design, and delivery of solutions that simplify contract workflows, improve user experience, and strengthen compliance. What you will do:
- Own and manage ŌURA’s CLM (Ironclad) and eSignature (DocuSign) systems, partnering closely with ŌURA’s Legal, Commercial, and IT teams.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of CLM projects — from discovery through rollout — aligning solutions with business goals.
- Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and system enhancements.
- Create and maintain comprehensive systems documentation, including use cases, data flows, and process diagrams.
- Support change management efforts with cross functional partners for successful adoption of technologies and capabilities by end users.
This is a remote US role with a slight preference for candidates based in EST.
We would love to have you on our team if you have:
- 7+ years of experience with CLM and eSignature platforms (Ironclad and DocuSign) in a Business Systems or IT role.
- Strong understanding of legal contracting processes and sales workflows (e.g., quoting, renewals, approvals).
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills; able to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Hands-on Ironclad admin and workflow configuration experience is required.
Nice to have:
- Experience in regulated industries such as wearables, medical devices, or consumer electronics.
- Familiarity with APIs and system automation & integration platforms such as Workato.

ŌURA takes a market-based approach to pay, which may vary depending on your location. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates' pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
- Region 1: $126k - $157k
- Region 2: $115K - $144k
- Region 3: $108k - $135k
