The Opportunity
We’re looking for a VP of Marketing to lead our global marketing function and deliver three key outcomes:
Build strong awareness among C-level executives in target accounts about Multiverse and our value in solving business-critical skill problems.
Establish Multiverse as the leading workforce transformation platform in the UK, US and international markets
Maximise learner sign-ups within new and existing customers
This role reports to our Chief Operating Officer and is based in London, UK.
Marketing strategy
Develop the brand, marketing strategy, channel mix, budget distribution and team as Multiverse evolves and internationalises
B2B Performance Marketing
Develop and execute a multi-channel demand generation strategy to engage C-level decision-makers within target accounts. Leverage advertising, events, account-based marketing, and business development to drive pipeline growth across our core UK market, an expanding US presence, and new global markets. Build ROI.
Brand Marketing
Multiverse is building a category of one — creating an end-to-end workforce transformation platform, through a unique combination of software and services, which actually works, at enterprise and individual level. You'll work closely with our CEO, Euan Blair, and our executive team to refine and evolve our brand as we scale. You’ll lead our brand team and campaigns across all channels to ensure our identity reflects both who we are and what we are becoming and that our potential customers
B2B2E Growth
A growing priority: engaging learners within our customer base. As we launch new programs, you’ll develop strategies to drive sign-ups and completion rates, ensuring learners thrive in their careers.
Digital Presence & Conversion
Own our digital ecosystem, ensuring our website, content, and online presence build brand authority and directly contribute to pipeline and revenue growth.
Leadership & Team Growth
Lead, inspire and develop a world-class marketing team spanning brand, content, events, demand generation, learner engagement and CRM. Your expertise across these areas will empower the team to execute at the highest level.
Events & Thought Leadership
Elevate our customer engagement and thought leadership through impactful events—expanding our presence in the UK and building a strong events strategy in the US.
Budgeting & Data-Driven Execution
Take an analytical approach to marketing strategy, ensuring resources are allocated to the highest-impact initiatives. Work cross-functionally to improve systems, processes, and team efficiency.
About you
We are looking for a highly effective marketing leader who has built their career through practical execution and performance marketing within a B2B setting where brand matters. You’ll understand how to take a brand vision and bring it to life through execution of the brand strategy, and you’ve built and led high-performing marketing teams in scaling tech companies with an international presence.
You’ll have the experience and know the value of collaborating and fostering teamwork. The role demands a strategic thinker with a bias for action and doing.
Demand Generation & Growth – You have a proven track record in account-based marketing, content strategy, and pipeline acceleration.
Building brand awareness and consideration among our target audience.
Scalability & ROI Focus – You’re skilled at optimising resources—whether working lean or managing large budgets—and can demonstrate strong ROI on marketing investments. ● Inspirational Leader – You set clear vision & strategy, then lead from the front to drive execution and results.
Data-Driven Decision Maker – You use data to inform strategy, measure impact, and demonstrate business value.
