Why this role exists
At Multiverse, we’re building a category defining brand that’s helping the world’s biggest organisations adopt AI and technology through upskilling. We’re looking for an ambitious junior designer to join our internal Brand & Creative team and help us deliver creativity and consistency in equal measure. We’re a small but mighty team and you’ll play a key role in delivering design support to all teams across Multiverse.
What you’ll be doing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams at Multiverse to interpret design briefs, lead and deliver on multiple projects.
Equip our Go-To-Market team with inspiring sales collateral that makes our existing and prospective customers take action and remember Multiverse
Partner with our Social Media team to develop scroll stoppingly engaging content across multiple platforms
Act as a Multiverse brand guardian and proactively identify opportunities to elevate all key customer touchpoints and marketing channels.
We'd love to hear from you if…
Minimum 2 years design experience with a portfolio of work demonstrating projects you’ve delivered
Have a creative growth mindset with strong multitasking abilities
Proficient using Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g. Photoshop, Indesign), Figma and presentation design (We work in Google Slides)
You’ve got strong communication skills (both verbal and visual) to effectively convey ideas to cross-functional internal teams.
Experience following brand guidelines and supporting others with strategic guidance on how to use them effectively
A strong understanding of composition, design layouts, type and colour. This includes both digital and print with an ability to deliver print-ready files
You’re used to collaborating in a fast-paced environment, contributing ideas and managing feedback from multiple stakeholders
Stay up to date on creative industry trends, and have a passion for branding, typography and all things design
Strong organisational skills and familiar with using workplace collaboration tools e.g. Slack

While not essential, you might stand out even more if you:
Experience working with AI-first design tools and have a desire to adopt AI as a key part of the design process.
Show proof of curiosity through side projects, from web UX experimentation to bold and brave creative concepts
Bring multidimensional experience across complementary areas like copywriting, motion, video editing, or growth marketing.
Have motions skills or knowledge of After Effects & Premier Pro
Can obsess over specific problems, going deep to truly understand the nuances of a user need or system challenge.
