As Headway’s Strategic Planning Manager, you will own the development and execution of the various company strategic planning processes to establish a tightly coordinated operating cadence that unlocks our highest potential. You will be a key partner to the executive team and senior leadership in designing the processes required to define company strategy and ultimately translate that vision into actionable and measurable goals for the organization. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, detail-oriented leader who considers themselves a process and execution wizard to make a significant impact on Headway’s growth and success.
You will:
- Design and facilitate end-to-end strategic planning processes, including long-range planning, annual planning, quarterly OKRs and cross-functional goal alignment
- Drive operational excellence and best practices in the goal setting process to ensure cross-functional alignment and that teams are accountable to top priorities
- Partner closely with the executive team and senior cross-functional leaders to identify and remove roadblocks that inhibit execution of key goals and priorities
- Develop and maintain company-wide goal tracking and reporting frameworks to provide visibility into performance and opportunities for improvement
- Manage and evolve planning frameworks and templates to scale alongside the company in rapid growth

Compensation and Benefits:
The expected base pay range for this position is $116,960 - $172,000, based on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
