Job Overview:
At Coursera, our Marketing and Communications team is responsible for brand development, product marketing, PR, and acquisition and retention marketing for learners, enterprises, and university partners. The team is segmented into four areas of focus: Consumer Marketing, Degree Marketing, Enterprise Marketing, and PR Communications. Marketers play an important role in accelerating the growth and market share of both our Consumer and Enterprise businesses globally with innovative marketing programs to attract, retain, and expand relationships across all segments.
As the Growth Website Producer for Coursera, you will be a key contributor to the On-Platform Marketing Team, working closely with Demand Generation Marketing, Product Marketing, Brand & Creative, and Product teams, to support the production of website projects. You have experience building, maintaining, and optimizing websites for both consumer and enterprise audiences. You have expertise in website project management, web design production, and proficiency with content management systems. You possess strong project management and communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to confidently execute projects with cross-functional teams. You are a creative, motivated, and collaborative individual who values flexibility and the desire to improve processes.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with growth marketing, product marketing, designers, and content producers, and engineering to proactively manage, prioritize, and execute content changes and updates to the website for both consumer and enterprise audiences
- Own CMS support to build web pages from templates and provide processes to ensure all updates are effective and optimized for different audience segments
- Collaborate with the On-platform Marketing team to understand site performance, analyze trends, and business impact, and use this data to develop new hypotheses and A/B tests to improve results across consumer and enterprise sites
- Collaborate across teams to ensure web plans align with strategic initiatives, including campaign launches, personalized content experiences, new product features, and support paid campaigns for both B2C and B2B marketing efforts
- Own multiple web projects simultaneously, ensuring updates are executed smoothly, on schedule, and within scope to keep the website up-to-date, engaging, and relevant
- Work with Brand & Creative teams to ensure campaigns and image assets meet requirements and are optimized per industry standards
Basic Qualifications:
- 4+ years of website project management experience in a fast-growth environment and/or agency-side
- Hands-on experience in content management systems and best practices (Contentful preferred)
- Experience overseeing the delivery and execution process of large-scale websites, as well as ensuring and facilitating effective team communication and collaboration
- Experience working cross-functionally with creative, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure project goals are met according to schedule
- Proven ability to support website engagement and conversion strategies, interactive content and localization efforts
- Experience with analytics and insights to determine appropriate content, ideal site experience, and timely refreshes
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing both B2C and B2B websites and/or agency experience is a plus
- Hands-on knowledge of Contentful (website content management system)
- Experience using agile and waterfall project management methodologies, as well as the creation of relevant documentation
- Knowledge of SEO best practices
- Familiarity with marketing technologies such as Marketo, Salesforce, Amplitude, Mutiny, etc.

Compensation:
Coursera offers competitive pay and equitable compensation practices. Our job titles may span more than one career level. The targeted hiring base salary range for this role is between $90,000 and $113,000 for all Canada candidates. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to prior work experiences, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, and geographical location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for variable pay, equity, and benefits.
