The Role – Marketing Associate
We’re looking for a talented and motivated Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team and help us execute impactful marketing campaigns, plan memorable events, and engage with our prospects, clients and members meaningfully.
As the Marketing Associate, you will support the marketing team by implementing strategies across various channels, creating marketing materials, managing campaigns, and analyzing data to inform decision-making. Reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing, Americas, this role requires a creative, data-driven individual with strong communication and organizational skills who can collaborate effectively with multiple departments to achieve business objectives.
In this role, you’ll get to:
Event Planning: Help to plan and execute in-person and virtual events, including member-focused initiatives, by managing logistics, aligning with marketing goals, and providing on-site or virtual support.
Marketing Campaigns: Develop, execute, and analyze multi-channel marketing campaigns, creating engaging and creative content to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales.
Email Marketing: Own the email marketing calendar, plan, create, and execute email campaigns, and manage all email sends through Pardot to optimize engagement and conversions.
Collaboration: Partner with design, sales, and cross-functional teams to create unified marketing strategies that drive business growth and inspire collective success.
Skills and Experience
We encourage you to remove education from your resume upon application as qualifications are not a driving factor in our decision making and we are committed to tackling educational inequality. We firmly believe that no one is the finished article and that there should be learning in every role you do. However, some experience in the following is important for this position:
B2B marketing experience – Proven experience working in B2B organizations, with an understanding of B2B marketing strategies, customer journeys, and lead generation tactics.
Event planning & execution – Expertise in planning, coordinating, and executing successful in-person and virtual events that align with marketing goals and engage target audiences.
