As an Account Receivable Accountant at WHOOP you’ll work closely with the talented WHOOP Finance team. As a vital member of the team, you’ll be called upon to meet monthly, quarterly and yearly deadlines to present financial information to stakeholders.
This is a temporary, contract position with an expected duration of up to 5 months.

RESPONSIBILITES:- Oversee the entire accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, customer follow-ups and assist in payment application.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing in alignment with customer agreements and monitor overdue accounts.
- Reconcile accounts, track outstanding balances, and process credit memos, refunds, and adjustments.
- Maintain accurate customer records, monitor cash flow, and contribute to accounts receivable performance reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies and assist in preparing monthly financial and aging reports.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes and provide ad-hoc financial analysis.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar accounting role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts receivable processes.
- Ability to build strong relationships with business partners
- Willingness to learn.
- Time management and ability to work autonomously.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills a plus.
