To accelerate this transformation, we’re looking for a Staff Product Manager to lead the vision and strategy for our Front End Hub / Support Site a central experience that connects millions of customers and agents across utilities, geographies, and devices.
About the Role
As Staff Product Manager for the Front End Hub and Support Site, you'll be the strategic and executional force behind the digital experience layer of Kraken Customer. You will lead without direct authority across teams to ensure coherence, performance, accessibility, and usability in every front-end experience—across countries, brands, and client implementations.
You’ll work at the intersection of platform cohesion, design systems, and user experience—ensuring Kraken's front-end presence is elegant, maintainable, and scalable. This is a high-impact individual contributor role with influence across the entire organisation.

What You’ll Do:- Define and own the vision for Kraken’s front-end experience across customer touchpoints, agent tools, and support interfaces.
- Act as the front-end product champion, collaborating with teams across the company who contribute UI components and customer experiences.
- Lead via influence—inspiring cross-functional teams across Kraken domains to adopt standards and approaches that improve quality and speed.
- Drive design system coherence and usability while balancing performance, accessibility, localisation, and branding needs.
- Partner with engineering leads to evolve our architecture, frameworks, and practices to support efficient and scalable development.
- Work closely with customer delivery, operations, and support teams to optimise service journeys and troubleshoot UX pain points.
- Use data, research, and experimentation to drive front-end decisions and continuously improve customer experience outcomes.
What You’ll Need:- 7+ years of product management experience, including platform or frontend product ownership at scale.
- Proven ability to lead through influence across large organisations and decentralised teams.
- Experience working with design systems, frontend infrastructure, and modern web frameworks (React or similar).
- Strong understanding of user experience, accessibility standards, localisation, and performance trade-offs.
- Experience balancing short-term delivery needs with long-term technical and UX health.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, autonomy, and ownership in a fast-paced environment.
