THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a VP to our New Ventures team in Brazil!
Reporting to the Global VP of Partnerships and New Ventures, you will identify and launch new market opportunities for Wellhub to unlock substantial growth by exploring new concepts and ideas and market-testing prioritized business opportunities. You will lead a small team and own end-to-end piloting of a venture, expand it internationally, and graduate these ventures to the core Wellhub business or as a separate BU. Examples of existing ventures launched in the past include: Wellz, SMB channel sales, and our Digital Apps offering.
You will be an experienced, self-starter leader who will influence C-Level internally and externally, and identify, approve, and launch new offerings. You will own all the details of the new venture regarding business, operations, and technology. You will have hands-on involvement and work closely with product development, marketing, finance, operations, and business (both on revenue and partnership sides) teams. You will use existing Wellhub best practices, but also import and develop new best practices to be applied to the new ventures or the overall company.
YOUR IMPACT
- Provide visionary leadership in the end-to-end development of a new product within New Ventures, driving strategy, business plans, and execution of new ventures at an executive level.
- Identify new market opportunities, shaping a compelling and differentiated value proposition.
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders internally and externally across commercial, product, and operations to ensure seamless development and successful market launch.
- Architect and cultivate strategic partnerships to enhance product competitiveness and scalability.
- Navigate corporate governance and operational frameworks, fostering a culture of innovation and agility while having the vision for long-term business sustainability.
- Spearhead business growth through data-driven insights, financial acumen, and a strong commercial perspective, both on the client and partner sides.
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams, reinforcing a culture of accountability and passion for impact and excellence.

WHO YOU ARE
- Relevant track record of leading the development and successful launch of technology-driven products from ideation to market entry.
- Deep expertise in product strategy, financial modeling, and operational execution.
- Excellent executive-level communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders effectively.
- Proven ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive cross-functional alignment without a direct reporting line.
- Strong capability to balance corporate rigor with entrepreneurial innovation and agility.
- Expertise in structuring and managing high-value strategic partnerships.
- Demonstrated success in high-growth, fast-paced business environments.
- Experience in the U.S. market, providing valuable insights into competitive dynamics and regulatory considerations.
