What We Do

We are now seeking an experienced Solutions Engineer to take responsibility for launch/go-to-market of new strategic partnerships and to maximize the in-life potential of those partnerships. This role will work closely with our Strategic Partner Managers, Engineering and Data teams, and more cross-functional roles. Travel may be involved.
We are hiring remote workers for this role in the San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, New York City, or Minneapolis areas. At this time, only candidates in these locations will be considered.
What You’ll Do
Calm has a wide range of consumer-facing partnerships across industries including telecoms, retailers, ecommerce, finance, sports, auto, consumer goods, and more. Partners are geographically spread from the USA to Australia and we’re expanding with new partnerships all the time.

The Partner Solution Engineer will work closely with our Business Development Managers and Strategic Partner Managers who lead partner acquisition and partner launches.
This person will serve as the primary liaison between Partnerships and Engineering, owning the product feedback loop by gathering and prioritizing partner insights, filing detailed bug reports or feature requests, and ensuring follow-through. You will investigate technical issues, help identify root causes, and communicate updates and timelines back to partners, helping bridge product needs with engineering solutions. You will also collaborate with the Data team to ensure all reporting and analytics requirements are met to support partner requirements as well as internal decision-making.
Travel may be involved. You will report to the Head of Partner Success and work cross-functionally with other Calm teams (e.g. Product, Engineering, CX…).
