Experience with dashboarding tools such as AWS QuickSight, including dashboard setup, filters, calculated fields, and visual customization.
Strong communication skills and a user-centric mindset- able to gather requirements and iterate based on team feedback.
Being able to handle different internal teams access to the same core dataset but each requires slightly different views or formats. You should be able to design a data flow and delivery mechanism to efficiently meet these varied needs
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Bonus points if you have:
Familiarity with agricultural, environmental, or geospatial datasets.
Prior experience working in a startup or scale-up with internal tooling gaps.
Experience with other BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) is a bonus but not required.
Experience with other script languages such as Python, Google Apps, VBA.
