As a Customer Service Representative (f/m/x) you'll support the team with excitement, empathy and humour in dealing with customer enquiries via chat, e-mail and phone in our forum with all questions concerning the product. In addition, you'll be in contact with other internal teams in order to directly address technical problems or provide valuable feedback to the company. You will always have an attentive eye on our processes and structures and you'll get involved proactively with your ideas and help us to further optimise our service. In short: you are reliable and provide that our customers feel that they get all-round support and great care.
What you can expect
What we're looking for
- You already have experience in Customer Support, experience in the banking sector is a plus, but not a must.
- You have already proven your good sense for people and situations in your previous jobs.
- You have a quick grasp and are able to explain things in a comprehensible and precise manner.
- You are reliable and always keep an overview and motivation even with recurring tasks."
- You have very good German and English skills.
- You have at least 30 hours/week to support the team and you're willing to work Saturdays from time to time.
- You support the idea to create a better future for everyone by using money as a force for good.

Salary
31.000 - 35.000 EUR annual gross (40 hours/week) + one-time 5.000 EUR in virtual shares

Working from home and mobile work are therefore integral parts of our remote-friendly work culture. At the same time, we believe in the huge advantages of meeting up and working together in person. Our fantastic office in Hamburg is the perfect space for this and available to you any time. Our office is wheelchair-accessible, has ground-level access and offers flexible options for designing your workspace.The amount of hours you spend on-site to suit you and your role at Tomorrow is something you can define with your team. One more thing: for organizational reasons, this position requires your place of residence to be in Germany.
