- Plant Operation and Maintenance: You will plan and execute daily operations and optimization projects for the Orca and Mammoth plants, ensuring smooth functioning of the plants and efficient CO2 removal.
- Maintenance Work: You will execute both planned and unplanned maintenance work on mechanical and rotating equipment and piping, ensuring the plants run efficiently and safely.
- Maintenance Regimes Development: You will plan and contribute to the development of maintenance regimes for mechanical and rotating equipment and piping, ensuring that optimal maintenance practices are in place for both plants.
- Construction and Commissioning Support: You will support the construction and commissioning of the Mammoth plant, contributing to the establishment of new plant infrastructure.
- Process and Tool Maintenance: You will maintain required processes and tools, ensuring that the systems in place are effective and up-to-date for continued operational success.
- Education: You hold a technical apprenticeship or equivalent in the field of mechanics.
- Experience: You have at least six years of practical work experience in plant operation and maintenance in the process engineering industry after completing your apprenticeship.
- Technical Expertise: You have demonstrated experience in the operation and maintenance of mechanical and rotating equipment and piping, with detailed technical knowledge in these areas.
- Industry Background: You have a proven track record in operation and maintenance within the power, process, mining, refining, or pharmaceutical industries.
- Hands-On Work: You plan and perform hands-on mechanical work to ensure smooth plant operations.
- Coordination and Communication: You excel as a strong coordinator, communicator, and collaborator, working well with a team to meet operational goals.
- Organized and Structured: You demonstrate a self-reliant, organized, and structured approach to your work, with a focus on efficiency and sustainability.
- Continuous Improvement: You continuously strive for improvement with persistence and sustainability in mind, always seeking ways to optimize plant operations.
- Language Skills: You have business fluency in English, enabling effective communication in an international work environment.
- Travel Flexibility: You are open to occasional travel as part of the role’s responsibilities.
