Job Overview
The Instructional Designer will be responsible for reviewing and revising online course content to ensure it remains relevant, engaging, and effective. This role involves working closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design high-quality learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze feedback from course participants and stakeholders.
- Create and update course content, including multimedia elements, assessments, and interactive activities.
- Apply instructional design principles to enhance course effectiveness and learner engagement.
- Collaborate with instructors and subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevancy.
- Develop storyboards and prototypes for new course elements.
- Stay updated on the latest e-learning trends and technologies.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in instructional design or a similar role.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms.
- Strong communication, writing, and editing skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
