The Role – Growth Marketing Lead, EMEA, 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
We’re looking for a maternity leave cover for up to 12 months for our Growth Marketing Lead position to drive new business, customer engagement, retention, and upsell opportunities within our growing client base. You’ll work closely with our global customer success and sales team to develop and execute strategies that deepen customer relationships and drive growth.
In this role, you’ll get to:
Drive Customer Growth & Retention – Partner with the Global Customer Success team to execute upsell campaigns, optimise retention strategies, and measure impact.
Lead Customer & Prospect Events – Plan and deliver EMEA customer and prospect events and enhance engagement through strategic event marketing.
Own Customer Email & Nurture Campaigns – Manage the global customer email marketing calendar and create nurture programs that strengthen relationships.
Global Mindset: A team player who's able to create locally and scale Globally as well as repurpose campaigns made by our US team and ensure they're relevant for the UK audience.
Commercial Collaboration: Partner with sales to drive new business and upsell opportunities through region specific campaigns for EMEA.
Truly Adaptable: Able to pivot client, prospect and user audiences to best suit the ever evolving needs of a B2B2C startup
Measure & Optimise Performance – Define key success metrics, track campaign effectiveness, and refine strategies to maximise impact.
Skills and Experience

We firmly believe that no one is the finished article and that there should be learning in every role you do. However, some experience in the following is important for this position:
5+ years of experience in B2B customer marketing, ideally in HR Tech, healthcare or a related field.
Strong background in event planning, email marketing, virtual events and customer engagement strategies.
Proven ability to analyse data and measure marketing performance to optimise initiatives.
Excellent collaboration skills, working cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams.
Experience developing global campaigns with a proven success of driving revenue for both new and existing business.
A passion for workplace well-being and a customer-first mindset.
